I dont like the other movies with seth in it but this one i do have to admit he was really funny and a great actor. So im giving it five stars. The rest of the cast did a great job aslo. The action is great. The car is BETTER than any other car in any action movie i think. Its not toooo extream and its not lame.

I'm only giving this four stars because Michel Gondry, Jay Chou, and the soundtrack were spot on. Amazing.

The failed star is thanks to the horrible spew of word vomit emitted constantly from the mouth of Seth Rogen and the absolutely horrid 'acting' of Cameron Diaz (whom I used to think was fantastic but is now just trying too hard). They barely even earn a star on their own for this one so I thought it fitting to only subtract a star from the rating the rest of the movie deserves.

Seth Rogen needs to stop writing/directing/acting all in the same movie. Enough. He isn't very funny, he's actually pretty annoying most of the time, and like most good writers and directors, he shouldn't be anywhere near a camera.

But like I said, Michel Gondry took some of my favorite elements of his directing style and created a world perfect for the Green Hornet (awake or in dream/thought sequence - Gondry's fortè).

The rest of the cast is pretty standard (as it was meant to be) and the villains are laughable (also as meant) but lovably entertaining. 1930s and 1960s charm were upheld.

If you can stomach Seth Rogen, by all means, enjoy this film for the amazing abilities of Gondry and Chou.

Absolutely brilliant.

For those that don't know, The Green Hornet was a 1930's radio show and then later, a 1960's TV show.

If you've heard or seen the originals, then you already know what this is about and you know it's a fantastic story to begin with.

I'm not going to give away any of the plot, just go see it. It's worth the 2 hours.

I don't know what these people are talking about. Seth Rogen did a good job playing a rich fuck up.
