FUNNYST STORY I HAVE EVER HEARD N MY LIFE!!!!
An incident that happened locally and recently has got me nothing but stumped. A 15yr old
boy, Michael Aubuchon, hit himself in the head with his own skateboard. Being as how it
didn’t hurt, he dared his friend to do the same. This blow to the head cracked
Michael’s skull. Michael spent Saturday (9-6-03 the day of the incident) to
Wednesday on life support until his parents made the decision to unhook the support.
The 14yr old boy who delivered the fatal hit fled in panic and was later arrested at his
grandmother’s house. He is now being charged with involuntary manslaughter.
I personally cannot come to a decision on how i should feel. My heart not only goes out to
the family of the boy who has passed but to the boy who accidentally killed his friend. At
such a young age I can’t imagine how confused this boy must be, traumatized for life
and now behind bars. I think the authorities could go about handling the situation a
little differently.
