Nothing is all around me

I listen to the beating of my heart and sigh for it is not my heart that i hear it is the
sound of the rain pounding on the ground above.

You live you love you smile you lose you frown you die.

treason without reason, fear of a false god, hopes with no dreams that now are gone,
letting go and holding on.

while color fills all the world...all that I see is red and grey.

tears of crimson
broken dreams
all your hopes
ripped at the seams.


this just in: I am emotionally and mentally able to feel and appreciate/ respect a human
emotion that I have often in the past thought quite trivial and frivolous....I can love.
