A longtime fixture in the Toronto/Canadian dnb scene, Jocelyn D is a well-respected DJ
(DJing professionally for 10yrs) and dnb supporter. She is also recognized for her work as
a music journalist, and has written many articles discussing issues relevant to the North

In her 10 years playing professionally, she has graced the decks of clubs throughout
Toronto, Ottawa, Cambridge, Montreal, Vancouver and the USA including:
160,254, Apothecary, Audio Werks, Bassmint, Beat Junkie, Blue Dog, Blue Moon, Cream, Down
One Lounge, Embryus, Fez Batik, Funhaus, Hooch, Insomnia IV Lounge, Labrynth Lounge,
Lansang Lounge, Milano, Modesto, OPM, Papi’s Lounge, Privledge, Red Light, Sound Emporium,
Surface, Tangerine, The Big Bop, The B-Side, The Cave, The Met, The Sparrow, Turbo, Una
Mas, and Zoo Bar (among others).
She has also played at many underground events, loft parties and music festivals including
the Om Festival, Big Foot, and The World Electronic Music Festival. She is no stranger to
the radio with past appearances on two of Toronto’s key underground radio stations: 88.1
FM CKLN and 89.5 FM CIUT. While living in Ottawa, she co-hosted 2 radio shows on Ottawa’s
93.1 FM CKCU.
