Hello...I'm old, by PR standards, but I'm OK with that...I live life in a manner that
makes me happy...and that includes doing things my co-workers would never believe even if
I told them...I work in engine design and so I spend 40 hours per week surrounded by anal
ppl who are confused when asked to define the word "fun"...I will never be one
of them...I only pretend while at work, and I'm not even very good at that...
One of my favorite hobbies is photography...I love taking pics and also altering them in
Photoshop...It is, by far, my favorite artistic outlet...I haven't done much photography
lately, but I'll add more pix as I take them...I shoot only digital nowadays...Although I
respect film, I do not respect the "holier than thou" film zealots who condemn
digital photography and/or Photoshop as being "not real art"...It's a silly
claim to make...Anything that anyone does in order to be creative is art, in my
opinion...I might not like all art and I might not agree with all things ppl claim as art,
but I do respect their right to deem it art...
I love meeting new friends...so say hi if you'd like...
The more time I spend on PR, the more I understand why so many ppl are so bitchy in their
profiles...Along with a lot of good ppl, there certainly are a lot of assholes here
too...I never asked anyone to agree with me...or even to keep their thoughts to
themselves...I'm all about intelligent discussions...but bitching just to feel better
about yourself is just petty...
All the immaturity of high school and double the drama......
....the internet...it's not just for smart kids anymore... |
