Well for now im gona make this short and sweet.
my life at the moment is pretty much taken by freinds, music, girls, drugs n drinkin,

But now am running for London Legion Track Alliance for 400m hurdels and relays and
currently training to qualify for the canadian junior nationals, and also training to go
