Mark began Djing raves in the early 1990's and hasn't looked back since. Seduced by
the early breakbeat "rave" tunes he had been hearing he began his addiction to
vinyl. After a while Mark slowly discovered the repetitive beats that we now call trance.
Mark began playing trance as well as becoming well known for his hardcore sets.

As Mark grew older and matured as a Dj his taste began to slightly change. His focus
shifted from the hardcore beats that gave him his start back to the hard trance and acid
techno that he loved. Never fear though Mark is still very much available and willing to
perform old skool hardcore and trance/rave sets on occasion.

Playing along the way with such international legends as Orbital, Cosmic Baby, Derrick
MAY, LAB 4, Jon the Dentist, Commander Tom, Ultra Sonic, Chris C, John Doe, Hardware, Mark
E.G., M-Zone, Chris Liberator, MISJAH, Madam Zu and local Toronto heros like Dr.Trance, DJ
Ian, James St.Bass, Mark Oliver, Dominik, Eryk S, Ambient C, SOS,Ryan 7, Joe P,
Algo-Rythme,JohnE, Danny Henry, Terry Kelly,Marcus, Mystical and Sniper, Os/2 and the rest
of the destiny family has left Mark with an eclectic taste that has crafted his sets with
a mix of Hard Trance, Acid Trance, Hard House, Acid Techno and just about anything else
you can think of that's HARD.

As time has passed Mark has slowly reverted to his dj roots and began playing more and
more classic rave and trance sets and that suites him just fine.

BIG Kahuna Entertainment came about as Mark started to realize that less and less quality
line up existed with dj's that are in it for the right reasons. Residents like Madam Zu,
Dominik,Patrick DSP, Fuzzboy, Mannik, Bathory, Sydney Flashback,Mike Conradi,Bacchus,
Xofer, Alpha-Ghetti, Lady Bass and many more BIG Kahuna parties are known for being well
thought out musical adventures.
