Indeed. There is nothing more infuriating than the escalating automation of society, and
that includes djing. Once upon a time being a DJ was all about turntable mastery and the
thrill of Saturday afternoons down at the record shop hunting for obscure bootlegs and
such. Nowadays it’s all about what brand your laptop is and how many unreleased songs you
can illegally download while you’re at work.
