IF ANYONE IS LOOKING FOR A APRATEMENT DONT EVER RENT FROM GREENWIN PROPERTIESrn they will do nothing but screw u overrni live in the beachs and ive been in my building for the past 7 mths and well ive had some issues with my apaptement and well i had a plumbing issue ok well my landlord didnt do nothing about it so i had to take care of the issue myself which ends up costing me over 200$$$$ rnso today i called the property manager and told him the story and ya well he pretty much told me that he will no look at the bill and that he will do nothing about itrnya im sooo pissed cause tey should of done somthing for mernso dont ever rent from GREEWIN PROPERTIES THEY WILL SCREW U BIG TIME
