Thursday January 18, 2007 - 7:50 PM
Luda actually played a pretty good part in this. If you like, you should also check out The Departed.
Thursday January 18, 2007 - 6:54 PM
Amazing film, clever script. The portrayal of racism is flawless.
Sunday January 07, 2007 - 9:30 PM
typical and dull
I was very disappointed with this movie
Nothing will ever beat American History X
Now that was a movie with a meaning and passion
Wednesday January 03, 2007 - 3:50 AM

Friday November 10, 2006 - 10:39 PM
very good movie. great cast and action kept you wanting to see the next persons move.Good characters building in the film and for the audience members. Racism is not gone just yet, but we can sure work on abolishing it soon.
Sunday October 29, 2006 - 12:35 PM
i loved this movie. and it was a great protrayal of how certain things are in todays society, and from what i've heard.. in LA that stuff happens all the time.. and nobody cares to do anything about it because it's all just fast-forward pace.
we all need to take a breather, and just look at life.
Wednesday October 25, 2006 - 8:39 PM
Friday October 20, 2006 - 11:46 AM
this movie is soooooo overrated its ridiculous...glorified garbage is what this movie was.
altho i will say that luda was pretty sick in it
Friday October 20, 2006 - 9:58 AM
this was one of those movies that made dumb people feel smart because the message was so in your face that you couldn't miss it.
that being said, i thought the movie stunk. the central theme of the movie couldn't have been more obvious.
Friday October 20, 2006 - 2:30 AM
Funny, no one mentioned Do The Right Thing by Spike Lee. Same themes, 15 years before. Different city. No Oscar.
Haggis wins because he is the flavour of the year? We'll see with his next offering.
Some good scene action, some bad dialogue. These stories have been done before, just not with names.
I'm going to rate the original Crash now.
Wednesday October 18, 2006 - 4:46 PM
definitely tugs on your heart strings
Tuesday October 17, 2006 - 3:52 PM
this movie was powerful. racism is a very serious subject and i think this movie tackled it very well
Monday October 16, 2006 - 10:38 PM
I loved this movie. It it by far the best movie I've seen in a long time...
Monday October 16, 2006 - 10:19 PM
It covers alot of the issues we have today that people dont see bc we are all so blind.. this world acts as one plastic mind and believes everything we are told in the media .. its disgusting ...
i love this movie
Monday October 16, 2006 - 10:13 PM
Monday October 16, 2006 - 9:07 PM
A movie hasn't made me think this much or got me this wrapped up in the characters since Snakes on a Plane.
Monday October 16, 2006 - 6:01 PM
great movie! it's pretty much based on the six degrees of seperation...and i love that ish.

strong message

Monday October 16, 2006 - 3:19 PM
I give it 5 stars. It made me cry, which isn't usually normal for a movie to do.
Monday October 16, 2006 - 1:21 PM
I agree it has a strong msg, and it's definetly a must see movie
Monday October 16, 2006 - 1:09 PM
Definitly a good movie. Its on my movie list of movies to get. Like everyone said it does have a strong message. Definitly a favorite.
Monday October 16, 2006 - 11:25 AM
I like this movie because it was really strong, the message was put forth very well. The acting was excellent, and I think I almost shed a tear near the end... you know the part "the bullet proof cloak (I think that's what they called it) that was the most touching story in the moive.
Also.. I hate movies that jump stories all the time, but the director did it so smoothly in this movie.
Monday October 16, 2006 - 11:10 AM
y'know i know racism exists in the world but the story line just fucked with my head cause i had this same sorta idea happen to me where i met someone at a party who knows a girl who is the friend of someone i slept with and everyone else kinda met in between it was insanity i am just rambling excellent movie buy this movie
Monday October 16, 2006 - 11:07 AM
Monday October 16, 2006 - 9:29 AM
I love this movie and its plot.
Monday October 16, 2006 - 7:38 AM
The message was on point. The acting was terrible. Brendan Fraser isn't an actor. He's Encino Man.
Monday October 16, 2006 - 7:22 AM
Monday October 16, 2006 - 5:47 AM
I wish I'd not mixed up this movie with another one called "Crash" that's about people who get sexually turned on after wrecking their cars....
Monday October 16, 2006 - 12:12 AM
Sunday October 15, 2006 - 7:50 PM
good movie cryed my eyes out at the end thats why i give it 5 stars
3 stars for production
matt dillion serves up a ho hum performance.
the movie is so clean cut and the director himself even explains it,
its like they took a bunch of scenes of a bunch of racist people and spliced it all together with a central plot line.
when i watched it the first time there were a few scenes ( one in particular ) that were just like... "oh damn. did that really just? whoa..."
after watching it again.
its a lot more transparent.
its ok.
didnt deserve any awards.
brokeback mountain should have won that shit, EASY.
anne hathaways tits looked fucking marvelous. it should have won for those babys alone.
Sunday October 15, 2006 - 12:02 PM
Undoubtedly one of the best movies ever! Such a great message and put together in such a way that ozzes brillance!
Sunday October 15, 2006 - 11:48 AM
A very powerful movie indeed! This is one to catch if you enjoy running through multiple emotions, in one 2-hour sitting. It's a multi-angle on how different races are perceived by other races, which keeps it interesting the whole way through.
Sunday October 15, 2006 - 11:28 AM
lol ^^ why would someone hate sandra bullock that much
crash was a great movie and a good old fashioned moral lesson everyone should take to heart.
Sunday October 15, 2006 - 3:32 AM
This is one movie everyone should watch.
Sunday October 15, 2006 - 12:45 AM
is this the original crash or the one on racism? cuz I haven't seen the original but I hear it's good. I liked the newish one. Very unbiased but very real at the same time.
Saturday October 14, 2006 - 11:04 PM
I would reccommend this to anyone!
Saturday October 14, 2006 - 12:43 PM
I thought it was a great movie. I like how it shows the different perspectives to racism, and not just the one sided perspective that most of us are used to.
Saturday October 14, 2006 - 12:30 PM
Um yeah first of all I'm not a huge movie fan, my life is so much better, I can't stand sitting for 2 hours watching a fictious film about people I don't care about.
The movie tried too hard to make a point and some of the racism was just too dumb and unrealistic.
One thing I really appreciated was that it shows people racism is still a problem in society. Usually racist films all occur in the 20's-40's so this was a refreshing to see a modern movie about racist giving it a 2-star.
NEXT BITCH!
Saturday October 14, 2006 - 12:25 PM
Saturday October 14, 2006 - 11:41 AM
there is no reason this movie shouldnt be rated the highest. it is the best movie in the world.. well that i remember watching lol. Great memory i have (haha) anways. It is so meaningful and just an amazing movie
you have to watch it
Saturday October 14, 2006 - 10:53 AM
I really liked this movie, and how everyone ended up being connected. The drama was powerful, the dialog was interesting and even funny at times, and the different levels and classes mixed together was done well.
Saturday October 14, 2006 - 10:02 AM
hollywood is trying to make up for years of supression....now its patting blacks on the back...this year it will be the year of the gays...Ellen is even hosting for the 2007 oscars...HA! I think it shoulda been this way from the start, not just when it became more acceptable and hip. Movies shouldnt win for categories that make no sense...its like how they gave morgan freeman the oscar for million dollar baby instead of shawshank....i dont even remember his performance in the boxing movie, totally unmemorable...but because it was the year of the black actor, he got it. Maybe 2010 will be the year of the mexican...Too bad it wasnt when Frida came out, cuz that was a sweet movie.
Saturday October 14, 2006 - 9:25 AM
great movie, really shows how all our lives are intertwined, hopefully it will make people think about how they act in their daily lives, you never know when you might need the help or to help someone you have hurt
Friday October 13, 2006 - 10:17 PM
i had a hard time watching this movie. it was a great, powerful drama. i think it raised some issues and questions when i watched it with certain ppl. it's a crazy movie.
Friday October 13, 2006 - 10:07 PM
Picture being hit over the head with a glazed ham while someone screams in your ear "EACH ONE OF US IS A LITTLE BIT RACIST, DEEP DOWN!"... for 90 minutes straight.
Pats itself on the back throughout the entire flick... this movie is in love with itself. Avoid the director's commentary on the DVD, there's so much Hollywood dick sucking going on, you can't hear what they're saying between the wet slurps.
It's so goddamned cliche and trite, I hated this movie. This movie has everything that's wrong with film that comes out of Hollywood. THIS BEAT SYRIANA FOR BEST SCREENPLAY OF 2005 WTF. THERE IS NO GOD.
Two thumbs waaaay down... down my own throat to make myself puke so hard I forget I ever saw this movie.
Friday October 13, 2006 - 9:24 PM
I honestly didn't really care for it. Which makes me in the minority. I thought they had something to say, they just pushed it too much, almost as if the issue of racism was a little too forced. As for the acting overall I thought it was good. I'm not a huge fan of Sandra Bullock but from here aside, it was good. Don Cheadle is one of my favorites. He's always awesome. And I also like Matt Dillon quite a bit as well.
Friday October 13, 2006 - 8:44 PM
i loved it i could definatly watch it everyday
Friday October 13, 2006 - 8:28 PM
I think it was an amazing way to show racism in modern life. Except Sandra Bullock was in it .
Friday October 13, 2006 - 8:27 PM
very good job with the acting in this movie... just a really good movie overall and im a movie freak and latley things have NOT been getting good scores in my book cept for a few
Friday October 13, 2006 - 8:14 PM
Incredible movie. Very touching. Not many better ways to touch upon the subjects that they did making that movie. In the end, everything fits together so perfectly.
Wednesday October 11, 2006 - 11:36 PM
amazing movie omg im seen it so many times and each time it makes me aware or so much things
Wednesday September 27, 2006 - 5:42 PM
Surprisingly good despite the fact that Sandra Bullock is in it.
... and she wasn't bad in it either I know, I'm as shocked to say that as you are to read it. Now, don't get me wrong I still hate her and will punch her in the face given the chance but this was a rather good movie.
*would have scored more stars but Bullock
