Shm00p!

It was long, but it kept my attention. I thought it was really well done because the ending made you think.

This movie was disastrous! it was long, i couldn't keep my attention on it, we shut it off after what felt like, 2 hours and we didn't even really care.

the problem with this, is that the Zodiac killer was never arrested. so its kind of an open-ended story.... i disliked it very much

it was an alright movie. it was kinda slow, and long, but it was alright. the acting was good, story was ok, and they had a couple of good deaths. so no where near the best that i've seen, but definitely not the worst either, gets a solid 3 stars for me.

i thought this movie was good.
extemely slooooooooooooooooooow....
but good.
but not good enough to see again.
i think that jake gyenhaal was hot...ummmm.....ya.
i've seen other zodiac movies before...i guess its the kind of movie you want to watch on a lazy sunday afternoon.

but it does make you realize how media helps hype up serial killers. and thats fucken unreal. frown

I'm wanting to see the movie but I don't get the logic behind making it. A Zodiac movie was made in 2005, why do we need another one 2 years later?

I just went to see this last night. And I thought it was really good.
I felt like Robert did, and wanted to see they guy with my own two eyes. And the part where he finally meets the man who he has linked through his own investigation. You could tell by the way he was looking at him, that he knew he was found out.

Even though Inspector David Toschi questioned him, and felt that was the man. He didn't feel like anyone would ever know it was him.

I didn't think the movie was that long. I thought there were some suspense in the movie.

But it felt like everytime you thought you were going to be close enough to catching the guy he slipped right through the cracks.

i thought everyone did great in this movie, and it's something I would own when it comes to DVD.

if your attention span for a movie is longer than two hours i would highly recommend seeing Zodiac.

granted, it is a long movie and i did see some people walk out, the screenplay does stay very true to the real story.

david fincher focused brilliantly on certain symbols and themes and tied them beautifully with innovative camera angles and a fantastic score.

there was a lot of suspense, but also just the right touch of comic relief.

4.5/5

From the director of Se7en and Fight Club, comes this wildly entertaining, 2 and a half hour film with twists and turns that keep you on the edge of your seat and then pondering after leaving the theatre. Jake Gyllenhaal was believable as the "Zodiac" obsessed Robert Graysmith, with his keen portrayal of vulnerability with intense determination. Robert Downey Jr., although difficult to understand at times, as per usual, did a magnificant job in his rendition of Paul Avery [although I think being sarcastic and drunk is something Downey can do with ease tongue], and Mark Ruffalo! Finally, the man is breaking through with the talent I knew he possessed! Getting away from the teenie bob movies such as 13 going on 30 and Just Like Heaven, his performance was outstanding, much like in Eternal Sunshine. Ruffalo played Inspector David Toschi, and he did it damn well.
