So so, very good twist at the end which is rare in some movies since it's so obvious what is going to happen but this one is definiately very different from most horror films. So I give it some credit for that.

I watched it stoned the first time, so for me it was 10x scarier than watching it sober. It's alright though...I like the premise.

I don't know what it is about all the Saw films, but I hate every single one.
I've tried watching them all to see if maybe they'd grow on me or if they would get better, but alas, they don't.
The script reminds plot reminds me of something a 15 year old mallgoth would write for a highschool class trying to get a rise out of their teacher.
Throughout these movies, yes they have a whole battle against human nature, do the right thing or do the wrong thing!
Just fucking kill the shotty cast in these movies already.
Jigsaw is -not- clever, Amanda should have died in the second movie, and all these other schmos are boring as hell.
They're acting is all horrible, especially the main characters.
The only redeeming factor of this movie is that neat little puppet on a trike and you hardly see that thing.
Make the movies stop!

It was okay to get a blow job to while watching, not as good as hostile. Hostile turned me on. I just think that porn of this quality needs a little more blood. A little less story, oh whos fooling who I wish it was snuff..lol

I have to admit that this film wasn't all that bad, it wasn't ground breaking or anything but it was well done. I like the concept, how he is teaching everyone a lesson... but there is no need to keep the series going, I can't believe they are making a fourth that is bloody retarded.
If they had left this as a one time movie, I would have given it more stars...

I really thought Saw was refreshing, finally a new horror movie that really kept you guessing. I will agree that the acting was pretty bad, but the idea behind it was fantastic.

I found this movie to be fanominal in everyway and i would even say it moved me. There was a tid bit of acting i found annoying, but i can accept it, and i dont think it was bad, i mean at wits end in total desparation, having no way out, how else would a person behave?(the scene where Dr.gordon looses it) But it was perfect, he didnt kill random people(jigsaw), he chose a fine selection of people who didnt care about life, and gave them a chance to appreciate it. People have grown so ignorant about everything, and don't care about anything anymore. Wanting people to listen, you cant just tap them on the shoulder anymore. You have to hit them in the face with a sledgehammer, then you will find, you have there strict attention.(quote the movie se7en, starring brad pitt and morgan freeman, a movie very relative to saw, but oriented around the seven dealy sins, MUST SEE) He brought people so close to death that it left them the choice, to push themselves threw the most pain they would probably ever experiance, or simply die and rot away. I believe its getting to the point that thats the only thing that would work. I<3saw, all of them.

Its about a man who is obsessed with teaching his victims the value of life, a deranged, sadistic serial killer is abducting morally wayward people and forcing them to play horrific games for their own survival.
