I enjoyed it a lot.

I hadn't heard of it before seeing it in the video store and though it sounded alright from the back cover.

It took a little to get into but once I got a feel for it I really enjoyed it.

I really enjoyed the music featured in the film, they did a great job on that.

The store was well told.

worth watching for sure.

"Good thing i brown bagged it"

This has the best script ever. Joseph Levitt is a brilliant actor. Everyone needs to see this movie.

great movie. it worked up really well to the "pin", and everything pieced together really solidly.

Who do you eat lunch with?

A modern day, yet old-school gumshoe story set in a high school....just a neat idea, I think.

And the lingo is great!

i loved this movie. i could sit and watch it everyday if i had time. the principle of this kid doing detective work was so romantic and yet so compelling and macho. i loved the way it was filmed and i'm definitley goin to check out the directors other works someday soon

Good movie. But I was REALLY looking forward to it, and was kinda disapointed by everything except the directing.

amazing movie! I'll have to admit, you gotta make certain leaps of faith and I wasn't there 100%, just kept having to get it out of my head that these were high school kids, but the noir style along with its more ludicrous tendencies (ie. The Pin) helps draw you in. these characters are fast talking, the plot is intricate, and you sitting in the audience is left out of breath trying to keep up with the tale. It comes to you though, so don't worry if you don't catch it all the first time. Of course, for the same reason, I now want to see it again. It's The Usual Suspects Junior (but not Usual Suspects Light).

This didn't hit theaters till 2006.. I was so happy when it came out. And I had good right to be.

'Brendan Frye is the kid who always eat's his lunch in the back of school. Away from the people that he doesn't want to get close to. But he find out that he has to get close even to know what's going on, while still staying on the outside.

The girl he's still in love with, Emily, get's into some trouble.. and try's to ask him for help, but the phone call was cut short. Something spooked her. He starts digging around to find out what kind of trouble she is in. She tells him to back off.. and he does.

Only to find out someone killed her. He's determinded to find out "Who" and "Why". And he finds himself in a world of dark and dangerous social strata of rich girl Laura, intimidating Tug, drug-addled Dode, seductive Kara, and the ominous Pin.'

If you like a GOOD detective movie. I would say pick it up. I seen it at the theater twice, and bought it when it come out on DVD. It's got a lot of actors that you'll be formilar with..

Joseph Gordon-Levitt, Nora Zehetner, Emilie de Ravin, and Lukas Haas
