I cant believe people wrote on this film.. a rather obscure film... I wont go into much on this ...but Ellen Page is a fucking amazing actress... hard to pull that off!

This is an essential in what I would consider the trifecta of Ellen Page movies, the others being Juno and The Tracey Fragments, although I must admit I welled up quite much at the latter film.

Definetly one of my fav movies. It was very disturbing. Although had I been her, I think I actually would have followed through. This movie gives me more reason to want to help & pose as a young girl & catch fucking sickos like this.

it kind of reminded me of the stories i used to write when i was like 11/12.
just going out on a limb to elongate/fill the storyline, create twists to keep it moving.
the castration thing is a prime example.
"oh my god, she did it"
"but then she DIDNT do it!"
much the same kind of techniques i used back when i wrote crappy stories about screwed up people like that.
i liked the idea a lot though.
and her character was a pretty intense little chick.

it's funny that as i was watching this, it reminded me of some dudes from PR 
but yeah... i dont know, it was ok but the story was a little unbelieveable... if the girl could investigate and find the criminals then so could the cops ffs... maybe i just didnt like it because of the whole castration thing...

I give it 3 stars because it was a good movie but some of it didn't seem convincing to me. It was very slow at some parts and I felt it could have been better casted. Good movie, but it wasn't spectacular.

I found this movie to be a huge let down after it had been hype by friends.
It would have been much better if she had just been fucking crazy and the guy didn't rape and kill a little girl ...

I think that this movie was both...really good and interesting...yet extremely...disturbing. There were a lot of twists in it. Great acting!

awesome movie. Although I couldn't decide if I was really enjoying it, or really disturbed by ...I kept finding myself torn on who to root for, him or her. The twists in the story line make a pretty gripping watch....I know I was on the edge of my seat at many times. I totally though she actually cut it off! lol . Both roles were played effin' amazingly. Defintely worth the watch!

I totally loved the change up in the movie. You think it's going to be one movie and it just flips up on you and it's a totally different movie. Everybody mentions it, but, the castration scene is the best! I thought the ending was stupid and impossible. That's why it gets 4 stars instead of 5. Dumb ending.

Threw the whole moive i was torn on wheather he was the killer or not.. could he actually be this sicko that she thinks he is..or does she really have the wrong guy???Ellen page did an amazign job portraying haley's charachter. disturbing...cynical....sadistic ...innocent..this movie has it all...lolz.....
it leaves a bitter sweet taste in your mouth when ur done watching it.
i was impressed.
fuck child molesters/pedofiles....hopefully they will all learn from this movie not to fuck around in this day an age.
