i've only ever seen the movie once, and i loved it, i keep looking for it but it seems no place has it for sale, kinda sucks, but once again, it was a good movie, though the movie shoulda been called strangers or something different than closer

This is in the top five best movies I've ever seen.

I've never found anything more relatable on a human level.

I thought this was a great movie, really screwed up, but entertaining. Seeing it more than once helps you notice all the small details that make it a good movie.

I went to see this movie on an anniversary date..lol. Not the best idea.

I didn’t really know what to expect from Closer when I first went to see it, I’m happy to report it turned out to be a very interesting film. Having never been a Julia Roberts fan, I don’t know why she was cast, but other than that it was a tale with interesting (if not always likeable) characters, sharp dialogue, a somewhat harsh view on human emotions and relations (which I fully appreciate), and an element of style. Natalie Portman is a terrific actress, and Clive Owen deserves more fame than he gets. Closer was based on a play, which I think is the reason why the dialogue packs such a punch. The more you see it and notice the finer points, the more it grows on you.
