I can't even remember why I saw this movie, I knew it was going to be bad. Me and my friend just fought each other with straws the entire time. I did laugh at some jokes we made up about the fat kid. It was so boring.

This movie actually was one of the worst I've ever seen Jack Black do.
I thought it was going to be good, cause he's a funny comedian but honestly... he really blew on this one!
I turned it off cause i was falling asleep... it just kept dragging on!

I'm all about quirkiness. So this movie made that quota to the brim. Although it is not high paced like most films ir kept my interest with Jack Blacks need to show his character honestly but comedical. It reminds me much of a mexican Napolean Dynamite.

i thought this movie was hilarious.
i like the dry stuff............
i like wrestling
and jack black plays a characther that is basically a mold of a few of my friends........ that helped too.
worth a watch.

I was pumped to walk into this one. My Japanese collegue was singing happily into the movie theatre...
We both looked at eachother as the end credits rolled:
"WORST MOVIE I'VE EVER SPENT MONEY ON!"
Brutal.

I know movies like this are IQ-lowering but there is something relentlessly funny about midget wrestlers. Sure, the writing is no gem (I was kinda hoping for the story to be quirkier coming from the writers of Napoleon Dynamite, but…) but with comedic bits like corn on the cob in the eye! I just about fell out of my seat laughing. That was certainly NOT one of the more predictable gags.
Also be sure to listen up at the end credits to hear Jack Black’s love song stylings entitled “Forbidden Nectar”.

It's wasn't as funny as I thought it would be, and it was definately not as funny as Dynamite.
But as his 2nd movie his writing and storytelling has gotten a lot better.
I know this a short review, but hey I'm tired.
