Tank-boy

A prequel to "brokeback mountain" showing the two young men as boys, and their time in the "boy backs" together, the precursor to the boy scouts of america

Moving story, action was great for me. Not a huge Western fan either, but I actually sat through and enjoyed this one.

It's no John Wayne classic, but it's pretty good.

i enjoyed this movie.
i'm not really a huge fan of westerns, altho i do like them.
i didn't have great expectations for this one, but i was pleasantly surprised by the wit and thought involved.

i was entertained the whole way through, and i liked the ending, it really gave it a western feel for me. life goes on kind of deal, which is how life was then.

i'd recommend this to just about everyone, if they like westerns or not, just because it's a good story smile

A great, great movie by the Coen brothers, most definitely one of the best Coen Brother's film behind The Big Lebowski and Fargo.

Epic friggin' action (especially when Jeff Bridges is riding the horse with the reins in his mouth and two pistols in his hands.)

Funny and powerful dialogue ("...I do not know this man..." )

Jeff Bridge's portrayal of Rooster Cogburn is the best role I've seen him in in a REALLY long time, way better than John Wayne's version.

Hailee Steinfeld is a pleasent surprise, great casting for Mattie Ross, she was awesome.

Matt Damon is actually GOOD as LaBoeuf, and i'm not a big Matt Damon fan.

Josh Brolin isn't on screen for long, but still very good, silly accent though

Cinematography was absolutely beautiful, costume design was spot on, the sets were awesome. Granted, not many people are going to like the ending since it's like getting splashed in the face with cold water. But i absolutely loved it. Highly recommend it!
