I enjoyed it, but that it was just as good as Twilight where it should have been better....but out of the books The last was best So I think/hope it will be the best out of the serious

An episode of Smallville had better special effects the the first movie, and this second one was better - but not by much. I realize that this film is aimed at a certain audience, I guess thats what happens when you get dragged to a theatre. The concept behind the movie was cool, but they could do to spice it up a little bit graphically and color wise..

this was one almost equally as boring except the part where taylour lautners body was half naked and wet

Twilight was better.
This was super cheese, even beyond the first movie.
The random, whisps of "ghost Edward" were so lame.
I'm disappointed...I was told this one was suppose to be better.
I LOVE the books...the movies do not in any way do them justice.

This movie was vapid, with overdone atmosphere, shallow plot development, craptastic breathy romance and subpar acting. I am not a Twilight fan (obviously) and haven't read the books (who needs to when everyone on earth won't shut up about the story lines?!) but the first movie was at least watchable. This film had a lot of nudey underage native boy frosting on an otherwise dull, whitebread cake.
p.s. Edward's hair still looks foofy roadkill. No shock there.

kay so i got to agree with alot of other people, it definitely didnt live up to the expectation the books made

Loved it. Overall I thought it was a pretty good adaption of the book. I'm looking forward to Eclipse.

I really liked the movie
however it left so much out
that was quite disapointing
a lot of key conversations that should have been had weren't
and it left a lot of unanswered questions to the viewer
for a 2 hour movie it was really rushed
too bad
but over all I really liked it

i didn't like the first movie.
i was hoping for more action than there was.
it was really lame and corny.
definitely meant for a teenage/young girl audience who are completely hopelessly romantic.
i only liked the werewolves
and taylor lautner shirtless.
(for the record, he looks better with long hair)

Ok, I read all the books and am just as disappointed with this movie as I am the first one. I liked the first one more than new moon simply because there was a lot more passion in the romance department and that's basically what the books are about.
I feel bad for anyone who has to try and work next to Kristen Stewart though, she's a terrible actress... at the end of Twilight in the hospitial bed... What the heck was the blubbering mess of so called, "ACTING?" Pathetic. Just as bad in the second.... Sorry Kristen, you were a poor choice for the main role.... or any role for that matter... Go back to Panic Room.
Robert Pattison potrays the Edward Cullen character very well and over all he's my favorite character in the book and movies. How unfortunate that he's not nearly atractive outside the movies as he is in them.. Any woman can appreciate a passionate, self unsure man with the romance factor that stems from centuries of experience... If only that kinda love really did exsist life would be all the more grand...
Taylor Launter... Buffed up nicely but he's very timid on camera... Sexy hunk of teenager but that's really all he had going for him in either movie... Just Thank God he got to cut his hair for this one.. Nice touch to grab the younger kids interest....
As for the "Tampon," comment and Robert Pattison... Read the books and then judge how he does the role.. He represents Edward in the way that the book suggests he does so... So yeah, I'm terribly offended by that comment... Hmmm.. Shocking...

The graphics were decent. The acting was horrible. Sure, it was overall better then the first, but that wasn't hard to beat.

My friends love this shit. I don't. I thought I would enjoy it but it's boring to watch 14 year old drama in a movie. Wolves looked cool, some cool fighting, some suspense that worked... the rest... was just a kids wet dream

This movie was so unintentionally funny I just might go to see it again. I never thought I'd see Flash Gordon style B-movie acting in a major motion picture such as this. Best bit was the sparkly vamp forest romp.

I knew people on here would just rate this movie 1 star cuz hating Twilight is the cool thing to do & closed minded losers on here have nothing better to do. And of course 80% of the people who will bash this movie on here probably didnt even watch the movie yet and dont plan on it. I havent seen it so I cant rate it but I bet it deserves at least 3-4 stars the first one was decent once you get past its PG family geared style of movie & realize not every vampire movie/book has to follow the same rules as Anne Rice's portrayal of vampires etc.

Loved it.
If you haven't read the book, I don't think itll be AS appealing though.
I suggest reading it, you'll understand it better.. plus the series is amazing (as much as I hate to admit it..)
The acting was a million times better in this one then the last.
I knew Hardwicke was holding back their potential.
I wish we were able to see more of the wolf pack... but theres always Eclipse.. june couldn't come fast enough.
I hope David Slade does a good job with it.

I thought it was very well done. Huge improvement from twilight. I haven't read the books or a fan girl. But I think this film is pretty good. I wouldn't mind reading the books. I just strongly dislike how people obsess about it/act fucked up..
