Why these started in movie theaters, I have no idea  Like what a crazy way to introduce an ice cream. But whateva cuz they rock!! I love them.

Awful!!! They taste like those cheap ice cream bars (with the grainy vanilla ice cream and nasty waxy chocolate). Luckily I tried them for free, otherwise I would have been pissed. I've never tried the 'Dreyer's' version (Edy's brand of dibs) which look tastier and have more flavours than just vanilla, choco and rolo

i forgot to put them in my freezer one time..and i went bak to eat them, the chocolate wasnt melted and when i bit into them it was like a little burt of milk

Have not tried vanilla (don't like vanilla) but the mint ones are DELICIOUS.

I think the chocolate coating should be thicker!!! That being said, the chocolate should be dark chocolate to keep the calorie content down. Would I buy Dibs again? No. Well..........if they came in blue I would!

So good. Taste like the vanilla covered chocolate cones, but bite sized.
Chocolate coating as you bite through the vanilla bursts in your mouth with a hint of caramel taste for good measure.

Dibs are the new no-mess ice cream snack supposed and come in a mini-tub, I paid $2.50 Can with 26 dibs in the packages (118g or something, I dunno), which I think is ok for price.
I was only able to find the vanilla flavour for these, and I'm not sure if other flavours are available in Canada. I'm not a very big fan of vanilla ice cream and basically that's all this was, little bites of vanilla ice cream in a thin chocolate shell.
There is relatively less mess than a drippy cone I suppose, but I found my hands were still a bit sticky at the end from the melting chocolate. Also, if you want to be a real stickler, often two pieces would be stuck together.
Overall an original product, and points for the novelty in eating ice cream with your hands, but nothing special about the taste, you could probably buy a similar tasting ice cream bar for half the price, you're paying for the concept mostly.
