the final chapter. finishing up with Mordred and the last trek to the Dark Tower. by this time most, if not all of Roland's Ka-tet are dead, some for a second time. it leaves Susannah and Roland the mute artist Patrick to finish the journey to the tower, and the final battle with the Crimson King himself. and of course, Roland's assention to the top of his Dark Tower.

all in all this was a fanominal series, and i was totally blown away by the ending. the end of every book left you squirming for the next book. but i have to say, i was very satisfied with the outcome.
