this was such a beautiful story about friendship and trying to let go of your past.. i fell in love with the characters. the author has this really unique way of writing.. you begin to feel like you can understand farsi.

one of the only books i actually enjoyed reading in school. i liked it so much that i actually bought Hosseini's second book, which I'm reading right now.
