normally i dont give bad reviews.. and this one isnt BAD per se...
but it wasnt nearly as good as the other darkraves (which is funny because it was going to be the last one).

i was waiting outside for FOUR AND A HALF hours, from 8 in the evening until 12:30
which is NOT okay. we couldnt feel our toes.
its especially annoying because most of the reason was that the funhaus was being cheap assholes and letting in all the 19+ people (who had been waiting for like, what, five minutes) ahead of us because they wanted them to spend money at the bar.
of course, FORGET the fact that most of them aren't going to buy a drink anyways. and that they're only paying 5 to 10 dollars to get in, whereas we're paying 15. i think they would have made more money to let us in.

once i got in though, i did have a good time. so, sorry for bitching. thats just my mini rant. xD

ps: somebody stole my grey waffle sweater.
so whoever you are.... *shakes fist*.

great rave!! ^____^
the music was good, the venue was good (example: a staff member re-filling the toilet paper in the washroom is like the picture of caring ) although i was upset to hear of some of my friends being denied to fill up their waterbottles... ravers need to stay hydrated

i got to see tons of my friends who i hadn't seen in a long time
thanks mike and geo for bringing the lollipops!

lost: rainbow fairy wings with a pink frame and a sparkly pom pom thingy in between the shoulder blades

as usual darkrave never fails to please ^_^
mostly i liked the back room a lot better, the main room was a little too slow for me, i really enjoy trance not so much for dancing though, we were having a good time with the DnB in the back

btw, somebody stole my unicorn her name is eunice and shes slightly bigger than a beanie baby and shes white with a purple mane and pink sparkly horn, she is wearing kandi around her arms and neck and i miss her terribly i cant believe somebody would take her so if anybody knows where she is

it was okay...
i like johnny depp and alan rickman well enough, and i love tim burton, but i cant say this was any of their bests.
i think the concept was fun, but they could have done a lot more with it. the character histories weren't very well explained, and the songs were slow and repetitive.. you ended up just kind of wanting to see what happened next, instead of listening to him and mrs lovett sing another five million verses.
it wasn't terrible, and there were parts that i liked. but i also didn't love it.
i might just be biased cause i don't like movies with sad endings ^_^

this was really fun.
i was among the first people there and at first it seemed weird going into a place that was completely empty but it filled up pretty well within the first hour-ish.
it was my first time raving sober and i never got bored once, i just danced and danced and danced..

this was fucking awesome.
the best part was when we were down at the water's edge.
the cn tower light show was also a great touch.
TheTweek: last night i was talking to the boy who lost the frog, but i cant remember who it was. if i find out ill let you know.
lost: small blue elephant stuffie with pink ears and a white/black striped trunk that you pull to play a lullaby. PLEASE RETURN! missed very much.
