Saw it this evening.

Not bad. Definitly gory. The story line seemed sort of stuffed into the short time frame, I found some parts sort of hurried and not explained well. I think #2 was my favourite but I'll definitly be buying the boxed set when it comes out.

"Johnny Depp's Wonka was terrible, it was a little too twisted for my liking."

This is why Roald Dahl hated the first version, Wonka wasn't creepy enough.

If you've ever read the book you'd realize that Johnny Depp played Wonka exactly how he was meant to be played.

I thought they did an incredible job with this movie. I'm really hoping that Mr.Dahl's daughter will give the okay for Burton to do The Great Glass Elevator. That would be spectacular!

Fantastic read, regardless of whether it's fact or fiction.
A total emotional ride for anyone who's willing to give it a read. The sequel, "My Firned Leonard" was sweet. not quite as gripping though.
