Paladin Played awful?
It was a 10x improvement on the regular paladin! His mixing was fantastic, and his track selection was top notch classic hard shit. Paladin in the 5.1 doesnt usually beat match, as he's much to preoccupied with the show. but this set gave him the chance to play SICK ASS tunes, and mix them properly.
Come on, he started off with Spaztik. DJs and kids who had *no clue* alike, all went nuts for the insane drums of that tune!
Know your roots kids!
A great set by Mike Conradi as well. Top notch mixing, and a great track selection.
I expected a little more of the older folks to come out of the woodworks for a party called "we're old school". But, it was a good time.

I don't even like coffee, and I really liked this product.
The service size is just too conservative though.

I got there at about 11:30, and was quite surprised with the smaller turnout at the time. My last MIF party was for Krafty Kuts, and the place was jam packed.
I didn't let it stop me from having a good time, and rocked out to Robb G who was completely killing it on the dancefloor. Wordpeople put on a GREAT show. Very Tight band, and alot of presence from both vocalists. I'd really like to hear more of them soon.
A-Skillz was absolutely insane. I'd put his performace equal to that of KK a few months back. In fact, I actually like his track selection more. From Kurtis Blow to Michael Jackson to Run DMC. Each tune funkier then the next. I'm definately happy I went.
Great to see good friends there, and it was awesome to finally meet Mezzy. What a fucking awesome guy...for serious. So much excitement, so much energy and so much love for music.

I had an absolute freakin' blast.
I rocked it until Dharma Lab finsihed, then it was time to get my tired ass home.
So many people packed in that place, with phenominal music. ZZ Botums set was my favorite for the night, along with Dharma Lab. I was really hoping on spending mroe time in the back room, as I really wanted to see Mike Conradi and Xofer tear it up. but, unfortunately that room was way too hot in my state, so i tried to stay in better ventilated areas.
The decor was amazing, and definately made for a fun time walking around and just zoning out for a bit.
Congrats to Lisa and Phil for a phantastic party. DEfinately helped continue the trend of Top-Notch parties in 2007.
Like woah.
