Saturday was one of the most amazing nights/parties ever.
The GFZ threw a fucking amazing party, and I'm seriously fucking honored to say that I was part of something so special, and cliche as it sounds, magical. 
My set started with me confused as fuck with the mixer and what the hell was going on with the crossfader, but I quickly decided to not bother trying to figure that shit out, and just play some tunes and have some fun.
People were steadily in and out (having two fucking AWESOME house DJs in the 2nd room doesn't help  ), but when people were in, they were dancing and seemed to be having a blast, which really, is what it's all about.
It was very tough to notice if I was doing well from a technical standpoint, given that I wasn't familiar with a lot of the stuff, and I could hear the other room through the wall, but who gives a shit. People danced, people had fun. That's what counts.
Regardless, my first time playing out ever was incredibly amazing, and incredibly fun, and I wanna do it again! 
The rest of the party was absolutely awesome as well. Much like the last WEMF, it seemed like all the talent said "Okay, this is it. The last time I can rock a GFZ. I'm gunna bring the fucking heat!"
In any case, the magnitude of the party didn't really hit me until the end, with the whole GFZ on stage, and the entire crowd singing along to Eyeopener. I wasn't partying in the beginning of GFZ, but I'm glad I hopped on board before the end.
Thank you, Goodfellaz, for having me out to play at your last party, and making the party an amazing way to go out. You will be missed!
(Oh, and to that asshole e_tarded, no, that's not how real ravers do. Real ravers pay, and support the companies, the music, and the scene that they love and cherish. You are a prime example of how real douchebags do. haha.)

This idea for this party was actually conceived in the back of my car, as kind of a joke.
At the time, I didn't think it would actually happen, but boy oh boy am I glad it did!
This was, without a doubt, the most fun I've had in Toronto in a very, very, very long time.
The party was exceptionally well done, and I'm happy to have been a part of the "Friendship Crew".  
From the music, to the vibe, to everything.. Was awesomely awesome! 
If (when?) they have another one, I'd be more than happy to give them a hand too.
