I saw the previews and thought it looked really funny! I love Ben Stiller and Owen Wilson but this movie was just SO disappointing. I can't see how anyone, other than kids, would enjoy it. It was just so cheesy- and the kid in the movie was a terrible actor. Can't believe I spent the money to see this movie in theatres *shakes head*

I think giving this movie one out of five stars is being generous! Awful, awful movie. Sooo boring!!! I kept thinking there was going to be some great twist or climax and...nothing. I wonder if the actors in this movie were bored while making it?

Saw it yesterday and thought it was pretty good. I'm not a HUGE Simpsons fan but I've watched it since I was lil because my bro was really into it. My bf LOVES it too so I went with him. I don't understand why ppl who like the Simpsons, don't like the movie and say "it was just a long episode"....like, duh! What did you expect it to be?? That just doesn't make any sense at all to me. It was funny, entertaining, and well made. I think I enjoyed watching the previous that they played before the movie came on more though. Mr. Bean looks hilarious- and the Bee movie with Jerry Seinfeld looks funny too.
Anyway- if you don't have high expectations you should enjoy it- even if you're not a huge Simpsons fan!

I would have given this probably a 4 outta 5 if it wasn't for the fuckin ending. The ending RUINED this movie for me. It was really good up until then so I was quite disappointed.

OMG This movie kicked ass!! I just saw it last night and I LOVED it! I went into it, not really expecting much, and I was totally blown away. It's been a long time since I've enjoyed a movie so much. There were really funny parts too which surprised me! It was definitely cheesy at times- rolled my eyes here and there for sure, but it was still amazing and I thoroughly enjoyed it! GREAT action scenes!!!

I just saw this movie Saturday at an IMAX theatre. It was a lot different than I was expecting. I agree with jord87- wasn't really as violent as people made it out to be so I was pretty surprised. I really liked the idea of the Spartans and think the actor that played the king did a really good job. It did seem rushed- I think they could have made it a bit longer and played out certain scenes with more detail but overall I thought it was great!

Full of action, which was awesome- but fuck, the ending sucked!! I totally felt like I had wasted my time at the end. Made the movie seem pointless....
