This rave was fucking bomb.
Haha, I remember when me, Lucien, Sunny and another guy (who's name I forget :S ) stole a table from the Double Tree Hotel so that Timmi could put his turntables somewhere.
It was so great.
Great music, AMAZING vibe going on.
Amazing people.
Sadly, it only lasted like, half an hour.
Oh well.
NEXT ANIME NORTH WILL KICK ASS! <3

PS, I think the 2009 Anime North is on New Years!?
I forget where I read that though.

First off, the lineup was smallll!
I got in at about 9:05. That was pretty amazing.
Second, I think the aspect that really made the rave great was the company I was dancing with. Pretty much EVERYONE was there.
I think the people made the rave better then it actually was.
The music was ALRIGHT, but they didn't play things that they promised to.
The back room was pretty good all night long. Especially at about 1:30 - 2:00 they played some Hixxy and Brisk & Trixxy (NOT Anabolic Frolic... thanks Dave!).
In all, Bounce was probably my worst rave so far, in terms of music. Seeing as I was there from the start, by 2:00 the rave had nothing left to offer
Anyways, now we can all look forward to CHC Reunion - 100% Hardcore VIBES!!!
PS, I like the Reverb way better then the Kathedral.
PPS, WHAT THE HELL was with the main room playing DragonForce and Hilary Duff? Like GAH!
EDIT: *Actually, I change my mind, Bounce was pretty decent. Not bad at all. I had a blast*

Well, first off, knowing that this rave was going to be fairly full (especially for Funhaus), my friends and I decided to get to the lineup at about 8PM. We thought that we would be in by about 9, 9:30PM, BUT HOW WRONG WERE WE?
We were in the lineup from 8PM - 11:30PM; by which time the coat check was full, and the club was already dripping sweat, floors slippery and all.
After a little while inside though, our moods lightened up, we warmed up, etc., and we were having a good time in general.
The lazers in the main room were really amazing, but the music was kind of weak until about 3:00 AM or so. The back room had really great Drum & Bass, and even though it was even hotter in there then in the main room, the atmosphere was just way better. It was more for people who wanted to get close to each other and sweaty, whereas the main room was more for drunken 30-year-olds to sway around in a spot.
Also, I wouldn't be surprised if we're ALL sick after this, because it was so hot in that place, that the sweat was evaporating off our bodies, and then dripping off the ceiling. It was disgusting.
One other thing that really made my night was when the main room just starting playing whatever music (aka Tarantula) and it was really fun.
I'm still really new to raving, so I can't say much else, but I'm going to give future Darkraves a chance just to see, you know?

PS: at about 5:30 it was so hot and I was so dehydrated from lack of circulating water that I was about to faint, so my friend had to bring me outside :S
