So I only got to attend DEMF for 6 hrs this year...but all I gotta say:

Such an awesome party. The weather was perfect, the music was awesome, the vibes were positive, and it was just three days of solid techno!

DEMF Review: Day 1
Arrived at the parking structure (Beaubien and Atwater) about 7pm. Parked, then poured a shot of vodka and some cran-raspberry juice and took my time drinking it. Played 3 games of Freecell while I drank. After I finished the drink, I walked to the ticket line, paid $50 for a 3-day ticket, and entered Hart Plaza. I made my way towards one of the vendors to get a drink. Beers were 9 tickets; Jungle Juice was 10. Tickets were 6 for $5. Bought 12 tickets ($10), bought a beer, and gave the clerk an extra ticket as a tip. Walked around to each of the stages, then ended up sitting near the entrance to Hart Plaza to drink my beer and people-watch. I saw a girl who frequents Necto Monday nights, and DJ-Jello from Club What's Next. At 830pm, Deadmau5 started playing at the Beatport stage, so I went over there. Got another beer on my way. It was getting cold, so I moved closer to the crowd. Chilled there for a while, then about 11pm I was too cold, and headed to the underground stage. On my way I bought an Italian Sausage for 7 tickets. Chilled in the underground and main stage until 1145, then headed back to the car. Arrived home about 1245am, ate, and went to sleep. Exhausted! You shoulda been there!
