Yay it's my turn to get on PR at Timy's house! So yeah Two kick ass raves in one night plus timmy's b-day party and the after party in NY made for a completely awesome trip. Definitely worth the drive from Kansas City. Hope to make it out for many more parties, who knows, I may just have to move out here. Thatnks for a great time TO and NY!

Getting into Toronto 15 minutes before the venue opened was a little bit of a close call, but thanks to my totally awesome friends, I managed to pull through.

A great end to what was probably the best year of my life and hopefully the beginning of what I can only imagine will be an even better year!

What better way to bring in a new year then an NC party

Always awesome, never disappointing!

I had a great time, saw some old friends, met some new ones, and generally just had a great time.

I forgot how slow euro is, it's been a few years since I've listened to it, but it definately brought back some great memories, even though I didn't really dance much to it. It also probably had to do with the fact that I was extremely tired from a long weekend partying in Buffalo ... Happy Birthday Timmi

The decorations were amazing! Dream Builder's and Team Awesome, you all did a great job

To the NC Crew, you always do an amazing job, and i'm really looking forward to the 25th, and will be sad when you take your break, but very excited for when you finally return, because I know it will be epic!

I certainly see the Hardcore Community growing again, and nye proved that. I can't wait to see what 2008 has in store, but it's going to be something none of us will want to miss a single moment of

Thanks to all the Dream Builders who helped get the venue looking nice! And thanks to Geroge and Timmi for putting together such a fun event. It was an awesome way to bring in the new year. The music was pure awesome. (Seriously people look at who is playing what before you decide to go to a party geeze).

Great job to all those involved. I had a few minor issues with the party, but nothing that was directly related to the music, venue or the promoters. I won't bother going into everyone bitching about the Euro. That horse was beaten to death long ago. Maybe you should look into whose playing and what they play before coming to a party. When the headliner is clearly a 2 hour Euro set...well....like I said...its been beaten to death.

Yes, that set did sound like Dance Mix 95. And I for one loved it! It brought me back to the 6th grade when I used to go to those little school dances at 5 in the afternoon!

Me and my friends had a blast rocking out to what felt like a very nostalgic set. The second half seemed a little gay to me, but it was still decent.

Good job by all who worked hard to celebrate NYE with a bang!

loved it! however, im easy to please

the people were awsome, the music was bomb, i dont really like alot of euro but i liked it last night

FRUIT! YUM and powdered doughnuts like that was and free candie braclets on the way in, very nice

no complaints really other then it got pretty warm in there later on in the night they shoulda opened the door or somethin :S

anyways, got a great vibe frum a great party, and have absolutely no complaints

good job timmy n george n everyone else involved

i had a blast.. even with a few minor disapointments.. i really enjoyed myself.

to all you people complaining about euro.. you do realize that the HEADLINERS..which you paid to see.. because they were the draws to the party.. are euro artists right???..

and this music goes back to the 90s..and is the same cheesy stuff..that majority of hhc djs will drop midset and you won't even notice the genre change..cause it's just as happy..just as cheesy..just a different tempo.. and at those times..you guys love it..

it's the music that around long ago when this happy rave scene was building.. it's amazing.

and i love it. absolutely loved it. sure the boomtang boys didn't play for two hours like i thought they would.. they played an hour n a half.. and i missed a bit of their set [dispointed about that cause they played my favourite song and i missed it],, but the dancers were a cool adition..and the singer chick was pretty cool too.. and all the songs that are done by artists on their labels..and by themselves..are wicked ass tunes.. plus all those euro classics.. my ears were in heaven..

It was my first time working at the TRIP! booth.

I had so much fun. Got in for free because I was working. Got community hours for school. And got to dance to the best music in the world. Mr.VAIN is my new favorite song in the world.


The only bad things that happened weren't the result of the party, but the result of some of the party go-ers.

dis wuz awesum! all teh acts were good, though i kinda have to agree wid dymo. euro stuff is good, but it has its place. euro club music doesnt really fit in with a rave playing happy hardcore (which was awesum btw). euro trance or techno might have been more fitting i s'pose. liek, teh musik should fit teh event rite?

I showed up from Destiny at around 1:00 and stayed till about 4:30. Overall it was a really awesome party, great vibes and great people. And I thought the euro was pretty fun, finally some music that doesn't take itself way too seriously.

way to go guys. I had fun despite my hatred of Euro.

However to address some of the "qualms" Dymo mentioned earlier...

1. You do realize that the headliners were Euro Dance artists right?

2. Get off the stage. Crowd doesn't want to see you. The DJs don't want to see you. Stage dancers quite often cause needle skips and ruin sets

3. George and Timmy were the promoters. They're supposed to give the main slots to the talent they brought in and also they're supposed to bring back the energy to end off the night. It was the propper slot for them

Five. Freaking. Stars.

This is how parties should be done.

The Kathedral did not look like itself, and despite the venue, it was transformed into a magical, fun, great place to be.

The lineup was excellent.

The anthem set, The Boomtang boys, and Timmi and George freaking KILLED it.

Eurodance for the win. What Is Love? More N More, MR. VAIN, and all of the other hits showed up into one flawless euro set by the Boomtang Boy on stage. The live P.A. set afterwards blew my mind.

To top it all off, you guys gave out fruit! What more could we have asked for?

I couldn't have thought of a better way to start off my new year than with "Shooting Star". Thank you so much!

Whoever that guy was that got pissed off at the euro obviously didn't know what party he was going to.

What an awesome party!

Despite being somewhat, shall we say, overdressed for the ball, I had a great time. The Boomtang Boys threw down some great tracks that I fondly remember from decades past (read: 90's retro!). I never thought I could dance so hard to Haddaway!

The vibe was great, and even though the crowd seemed a little than less interested at times, I still really enjoyed myself. This was probably the best NYE party NC has thrown, and my favourite party in years.

Thanks again to the Nocturnal Commissions crew, and I hope you find time to throw another party whenever you can.
