I would like to thank each and every person who came out to rock, rave & generally lose their shit at Up In Yer Grill.
The party was definitely a labour of love, and despite the lowest turnout ever for us, was one of the best parties we've thrown.
To me it felt like a raving house party with all of the coolest people we know and a guest of honour from Germany who is so ultra-cool he left everyone speachless (even Shane).
Panacea blew my mind once again. It was great to have him out, to be able to hang out for a short amount of time. I was worried that he would be dissapointed with the crowd size, but you guys were rocking so hard he loved playing for you. It didn't matter the turnout, you guys raved hard enough for 100,000 ravers. And he totally felt it. The energy was incredible.
I also had a great time playing b2b with my Tyco so much happy and jappy. happy END with Flybry on the mic kicked some serious ass early on. Gotta do that again sometime!!! Virus w/ Gobz the Zombie was rockin and totally entertaining as always. Loved the matching outfits happy Robotpilot started off the night with her amazing selections of ass kicking, glitchy and melodic dance crazy madness wow Flim is by FAR the best techno dj in the city and continues to amaze me everytime he plays. Psyklone kept up the madness right after Panacea (which I'm sure is no easy act to follow) and did what he does best. And last of the night but far from least was the amazing Xofer playing the dirty fun breakbeats that you all wish you had. He kept everyone goin right to the end and FOR ONCE a DJ that actually knows how to setup and use Serato the way it was meant to be used! Loved the sweet dreams remix he dropped at the end of the night.
Thank you to everyone for making this party rule. Hopefully everyone who wasn't there is kicking themselves right now. We love you guys, and we love music, and that is why we keep doing this.

It was AWESOME to party with an older crowd.
Not that I really partied, I was sick. So I just sat around and listened to the djs who were ALL great.
Still managed to make it out though !
Didn't have a favourite set, liked em all.

Special thank you to everyone who came out on Friday night!
The party had such a cool concept that resulted in an even cooler vibe! The Panacea was fucking amazing. Mindblowing! He's a very busy dj/producer and it was an honour to be able to take some time off of his hectic schedule and bring him to Toronto for a last minute event.
And our locals FUCKING ROCK. We definitely have some of the awesomest DJs that always give 110% everytime we throw an event. Thank you Virus, Flim, Xofer, Tyco, Scoots, Psyklone, E.N.D, Gobz the Zombie, Flybry and Rukkus (couldn't make it for this jam)
Thanks everybody! Hope to see you all out in full force at WEMF and at our 5 year anniversary in September.
Thank you for choosing Goodfellaz.

As usual, the Goodfellaz produced another stellar lineup of DJs, from start to finish. Every set was played at an extremely high calibre, proving again why these parties are always so amazing.
It all began when Robotpilot played a set full of a lot of my favourite tracks (including a severely glitched out take on Ridin' Dirty), and it finished with xofer dirting it up to the end with a fabulous Noisia remix of Sweet Dreams. And of course, the rest of the night also featured a stellar upfront Japanese-themed set by Tyco and Scoots (featuring ]new LUNA-C tracks ), amazing breakbeat hardcore from Virus (with the undead Gobz providing vocal support from beyond the grave), END and flybry working like magic together , Flim's flawless and amazing banging techno set, and Psyklone's inimitable beat juggling spectacle of hard sounds.
Oh, and of course, the headliner...
The Panacea DESTROYED the party. His incredible genre-mixing hardcore/DnB/techno/whatever set was so freaking good that every last person inside that venue was left open-mouthed, mind-blown and sweaty from rocking the fuck out. Words cannot describe the amazing things that the goodfellaz crowd witnessed when Panacea hit the decks. Easily the set of the year. I am so glad that I went to this party. Missing that set would have been painful.
Thank you Goodfellaz! The whole party was full of awesome sets by extremely talented DJs, but that Panacea set alone shows why Goodfellaz parties are unmissable.

Saturday April 07, 2007 - 2:35 PM
Jesus Fucking Christ
By far the greatest set I have ever seen.
Normally at parties I just chill by the bar or by the stage and enjoy the music but last night I rocked out. Everyone around me rocked out. I hurt so much today and it is all worth it.
Thank you Goodfellaz for bringing in a musical God

Panacea owned.
Many people actually JUST WENT to see him spin.
He was fabulous; he went crazy during his set and he completed rocked and moved and shook violently to every beat that he dropped.
I was so into showing that I biked all of the way to the VIDA lounge.
There weren't too many people at first, but it really didn't matter. It was a sick jam, and by the time Panacea stepped up, the crowd grew!
Great party, especially on such a short notice--- as expected from the Goodfellaz. <3

Wow.
I haven't been that blown away by a set in a long time.
That was rave music. So good.
I learned a lot last night and gained a lot of inspiration.
That party would've been worth 50$.
Huge thanks to the Goodfellaz for bringing him out regardless of the risk.
The vibe was awesome there too and the chill room was nice to have.
