WTF happened to the party scene. Man I used to go and have fun at these things. This party was full of fucked up goth kids, people walking around on E, nobody knew how to dance. Fucking people with mohawks. This isnt a fucking party. THis is a degenerate fest. WTF happened to the respectable people. I know there is a small core of people who are dedicated to partying but until this retarded trend dies off. I am not going to another big party like this. Maybe just a breaks party or two. None of these new people would show up to one of those anyways. Its too refined for there tastes.
Old school? Where? lol, seriously.
No wonder it was 10 bucks.

Not too bad an event ..not my best but not my worst either! hadda ton of fun as did the majority of those in attendance
thought i wudlnt get to play at first due to other engagements but ended up playing twice with Conradi and had fun droppping some harder shit then normal and some older Acid tunes..
now..normally i wuld just pick one of the better dj's i saw and say.. "GREAT SET! SET OF THE NIGHT!" ..BUT!... in this case.. sooo many people took THAT cake!

Bobby Thrust - for a NOT a dj.. he played better then half the "dj's " i hear nowadays.. AMAZING tunes.. and friends in thatr oom i havent seen in AGES in oen spot together.
Paladin 2.1 - MADE MY NIGHT!!! THIS was the paladin i FIRST remember seeing at E! Space around Halloween of 1996/97..
and he played the Paladin songs I remember best!!!!!!!
Deko-ze - showed everyone why HE is the master!!!
after this things got foggy and needles got broken.. sadly we didnt have enuff to spare so some of the sets from here on out prolly culda been waay better but the dj's playing did what they culd and did the best they culd!!! most wulda walked away.. i know i wulda.. lol!

Paladin Played awful?
It was a 10x improvement on the regular paladin! His mixing was fantastic, and his track selection was top notch classic hard shit. Paladin in the 5.1 doesnt usually beat match, as he's much to preoccupied with the show. but this set gave him the chance to play SICK ASS tunes, and mix them properly.
Come on, he started off with Spaztik. DJs and kids who had *no clue* alike, all went nuts for the insane drums of that tune!
Know your roots kids!
A great set by Mike Conradi as well. Top notch mixing, and a great track selection.
I expected a little more of the older folks to come out of the woodworks for a party called "we're old school". But, it was a good time.

Bomb party. I thouroughly enjoyed Deko-Ze's set, he make's me want to return to the whole gay club scene. I can't stand 5ive or CZ anymore tho. Paladin also killed it.
ps. The complaints about the whole SKETCH at the Bop is getting fucking annoying. If you cant handle it, do us all a fucking favour and just fuck off. It's not hard to ignore the sketchiness and just plain 'ol fucking rave and have a good time.

I had a blast!!!
it had to be short but sweet.
as I had a cold/ flu.
I had bouncing needles which make it hard to mix..
But I didn't let that whole me back
from providing tons of fun for the dance floor.
I worked it as best as possible.
holy old skool and new school faces.
I couldn't keep up.
needless to say I loved every second I was there.

musically the night was awesome. Mr. Brown gets my set of the night. Awesome set dude. All others I heard were pretty fucking awesome as well. Crowd was fucked though. Kiddies, if you're at a party and you just have to fuck, give/get head or anything else along those lines, for fucks sake don't do it on the couches in front of everyone. Show some control and wait till you get home, but if you can't at least find somewhere private.
Hope you all enjoyed my set, it was a blast to play. It's been a while since I mixed up the genres like that and I think it went well
