bigup target and ruthless, and smalldown rawtee for blabing to customs that he was crossing for a gig. also smalldown or not being able to spin.
big up to andrew clark for the car jacking (ask me to tell you the story its funny)

rawtee not showing and the early shut down was not the promoters fault the did a good job. these situations happen all the time so i wasint as dissapointed or shocked as i used to get.. dont hate the players hate the game....

i had a good time

OKAY, first of all lots of tings a gwan last night and it was almost impossible to choose between 3 parties. 2 of which in toronto and this one...

A> CZ to see d-syfa + concord dawn + noisia
B> Sweet Sensi's 6yr Mystical Influence old skewl set
C> Hamilton to see Cap J + Ryan Rukkus and my boie Shank

After talking to Shank minutes before leaving I decided that because I hadn't had a chance to go rep for him 'live' at a party we'd go bust some step at the plaza.

Lemme start off by saying as a first time visitor to Hamilton; it's the most poorly designed city IN DA WORLD, I've NEVER been so fucking confused by ONE WAYS in my entire life. Mapquest gave us BAD intel on how to get there so it took EXTRA long, "take highay6 north" (hwy 6 had been closed since oct 2006)

We get to the party at about 11:30 and start busting out. . .

Place filled up fine and the music was decent. Rukkus and Target threw down an amazing set and Biddy B has a voice unlike any other I've heard in a while; they's be da reason this party gets 1 of the 2 stars i'm giving it. Cap J of course being the other star, loved hearing his newer exclusives like dat k-os track and prototype.

Now at risk of sounded like an anti-raver/jaded ass, I'm really really not impressed with how ridiculously dry it was in there. Those who were there and seen how not impressed I was to be OUT OF TOWN and totally sober the entire night know exactly what I mean. It's not that I need to get all fucked up to have a good time, I still kicked it harder than anyone else in attendance I just do not have the longevity anymore with my old age to really throw it down sans-care. 2:30am rolled around and I had seen everyone I wanted to see absent one mutha-trucka SHANK?! Wut the hell =\

Considering he was the only deejay I knew personally; I regret in hindsight not attending Jabba's 6yr party... we got back into town too late to hit anything else up, uber disappointed.

Phil, good seeing you again.

Thanks to all those that threw props on my dubstep... had it not been for the support I'd have been on my ass all night tongue

Oh did I mention the headliner was a no-show??

I won't be going to Hamilton for another party unless there is ABSOLUTELY nothing happening in Toronto on whatever given weekend, but who are we kiddin it's Toronto and it's got one of the freshest jungle/dnb scenes in the world. wink
