This was actually a disapointing party to me. I had great company and the music was wicked, but Darkrave seems to have lost its value. I remember when they would go all out with decorations and blacklight...and now...they have maybe 1 blacklight...

Disapointing to see whats happened to it, it used to be something to look forward to alot, now, its just another way to party on a saturday night.

Lol, I dont mean to sound jaded, but I do feel that past Darkraves have been better

This was one of the good ones that I've been to...the live PA was proly one of the BEST i've heard/seen ...and of course DJ Lazarus dropped some sweet beats

I thought this was one of the best DarkRaves yet. The live act was awesome (so how could the main room suck balls?) and kept the dancefloor packed for thier entire set. That has not happened in a long time. Get more bands like that or at least bring TripThrottle back for more special events. Thier music was a great mixture of several sub genres of electronic music. In my opinion that is what a Rave should be. Too many times the music gets limited to psytrance or ebm.

I do agree that the club needs to do something about ventilation though. Some spots were freezing while others were just tolerable....

All in all though this DarkRave kicked ass.

Pretty good Darkrave - been to way worse ones. The dancefloor was somewhat busy until 5 am, which usually isn't the case, the music was acceptable but nothing that forced me to dance - but then again I was exhausted out of my mind.

They really have to do something about the ventilation system in the backroom - that was horrible as always and I have the impression it gets worse every time.
